Our assessments include, but are not limited to the following areas:

Exterior

It's the first thing your tenants see. The best way to keep current tenants proud of their home is to keep it fresh and bright looking. The greatest appeal to new and prospective tenants is their first impression of your property.
Remember, your tenants bring others to your property; family, friends, and prospective tenants.

Siding

Investments in new siding, whether it's wood, hardboard, aluminum, vinyl or cement-fiber, always makes any dwelling more inviting and livable. The return on exterior investments is usually realized over a very short span of time.

Painting

We can show you numerous options for painting the dwelling's exterior. When we do the job, we carefully prepare all surfaces, and follow proper application techniques for a quality finish to protect your investment. For assessment purposes the costs to do the job right are accurately recorded in the evaluation.

Roofing

We inspect your buildings for damaged shingles, leaky flashing, and check fascias and soffits for decay. Asphalt roofs 15 years or older should be considered for replacement.
We are experienced in replacement and repair of asphalt and fiberglass shingles, wood shake, clay tile, slate, copper and sheet metal roofs.

Entranceways
