• Copy of drivers license
• Copy of social security card
• Proof of insurance for state sent from your Insurance company with NRI as additional insured/certificate holder
• Commercial liability
• Automobile insurance
• Workers comp
• W9
• Valid business license per state
• Bank statement/number
• Signature for legality of employees
• Number of employees
• Location of employees
• Project references (5)
• List of other work being performed while working for NRI
