When contracted to do so, NRI Construction, Inc. takes the responsibility for all necessary security and safety measures, including erecting safety barriers and necessary coverings. Our primary goal is to provide a safe and sealed-off working environment free from any trespass or accidental losses.

Restoration/Reconstruction usually proceeds as follows:

• Secure the area: After the fire trucks pull away, and the onlookers dwindle away, we secure the damaged area with fencing, plywood, and roof coverings. All openings will be sealed. We will make sure there is a secure safety zone around the damaged area.
  
• Clean up: Clean up damaged area, and make sure it is safe for insurance adjustors and contractors to view and assess the damage.
  
• Demolition: The damaged areas of the property that are unsalvageable are demolished and all debris removed from the property. Another cleanup is required to allow restoration work to begin. We take all steps necessary to insure safety and security for workers and tenants.
  
• Restoration/Reconstruction: Depending on the circumstances, we will restore and rebuild the property to your specifications.
